The Holtville Unified School District, established in 1906, encompasses approximately 562 square miles in the southeast portion of the County of Imperial. The District is located in and serves the City of Holtville and certain adjacent unincorporated areas of the County. HUSD operates the following schools:

While the District has received numerous awards and distinctions throughout its history, HUSD is especially proud to be awarded the California Department of Education 2018 California Exemplary District Award
